Inspector's report

EXTERIOR:
Exterior condition is very good, aside from the boot actually there aren't really any faults of serious note
The boot lid has 4 spots of bubbling paint with maybe surface rust underneath. They were possibly paint chips that got a bit of surface rust, someone tried to use touch up paint but it was too late
There were 2 other scratches (see the pics) but they are barely noticeable
The fake carbon trim on the door pillars on the passenger side has sun damage and looks poor
Rear bumper is a very slightly different colour
Car is quite dirty so it looks a bit poor now
Overall the exterior is well above average, just the boot is noticeable

INTERIOR:
Interior is nice
Seats almost perfect
Steering wheel is good, no wear
Dash ok
Carpet ok
Interior trim and plastic panels ok
Gear shift boot doesn't look factory, car is auto converted to manual
Plastic surround gear boot is from an auto so doesn't look 100% factory
All up the interior condition is excellent, definitely looks like genuine mileage and even then I think it's pretty good for 81,000km

ENGINE BAY:
Looks good, no issues
No fluid leaks
Coolant good
Oil good
Chassis rails in engine bay are good, very surface slight rust
No rust to strut towers or under battery
Underbody condition good, no leaks, rust or damage

MECHANICALS:
Seems good
Not blowing smoke
No strange noises
Clutch engagement point is maybe slightly higher than normal, clutch might need adjustment or could need replacement soon
Test drive ok, clutch held power
Tried full acceleration but in yard wheels would spin and traction control would come on
AT light flashes when car is first started because automatic transmission has been removed as part of manual conversion
