Pics and info for:
Toyota Aristo (140 series)
The Toyota Aristo (sold as the Lexus GS300 in other markets) was introduced in late 1991. Although the JZA80 Supra steals most of the credit, the Aristo was the first car to feature Toyota's legendary 2JZ engine which produces big, torquey, reliable power from the 3,000cc sequential twin turbo. Being sold as a Lexus in other countries the Aristo has luxury to backup the impressive performance with an excellent and quiet ride with generous power features. Also available is a 4,000cc V8 4WD version.
Standard and optional equipment can include ABS brakes, 2 axis automatically retracting power steering column, traction control, power front seats, 8 speaker sound system, cruise control, LSD, CD stacker, single or dual airbags, sunroof and leather seats. All Aristos came with an automatic transmission only.
