2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 8 MR

I gave Ben a brief of what I was after and the very next day he found me an excellent grade 4.5A example of an EVO 8 MR. I was supplied with at least 150 photos of the vehicle, an inspection report and even some videos of the car running. I had purchased the car within 24 hours of signing with J Spec, apparently this was a record! J spec assisted me every step of the way and made the purchasing and importing experience very easy by putting me into contact with all of the relevant people to get the car here and complied. Upon arrival the car was exactly as Ben described. It is hard to find good reliable service these days, I recommend J Spec Imports to anyone looking to import a good quality car with no hassles. Toyota Chaser and Mark II (JZX100 series)

The JZX100 chassis type ran from 1996 to 2001 and was available as two different cars, the Chaser and the Mark II. Each car is identical mechanically; different headlights, tail lights and slight interior trim changes are the only real differences between the models.

Importable models feature the 2,500cc turbo 1JZ-GTE engine, now with VVT-i and a single turbo, the improved torque of the variable valve timing eliminating the need for the twin turbo setup from the previous model. Power is the Japanese maximum 208kW (280hp). Available in automatic or 5 speed manual transmission, standard features include ABS brakes, quad airbags, traction control, climate control, auto swing air vents and keyless entry.

A facelift took place in late 1998 but only minor changes were implemented such as different tail lights, interior trim options, different front grille, the steering wheel became 3 spoke, and the interior gauges were now illuminated in orange.
