2004 Nissan Fuga 350GT Sports Pack

Hi Ben,

All hurdles have now been cleared and my Nissan Fuga is now registered and being daily driven!

Despite the unusual administrative headaches faced after compliance, I am overall very pleased with the experience and thrilled with the outcome.

The car is a blast to drive, in excellent condition and required minimal work. A good clean and a service was all that was needed before being put on daily duties, and it does the job well! Plenty of (P-plate legal) power from the VQ35DE, surprisingly nimble for its size/weight and more economical than I expected. I'm happy we managed to find the one we did, in Sports Package trim with the unusual options, this was one worth waiting for.

When the time comes, it will be a pleasure to do business with you once more. If any of my friends are considering importing, I will ensure they have your number.

Many thanks!

About Auctions

Japan has a huge network of auctions with over 130,000 cars auctioned each week. This is an excellent source for cars, and often at the best prices.

What we do

We will search through the myriad of auctions each day looking for cars that match what you want. We will then translate the auction sheet, and if the car looks promising we always have it checked by someone in person prior to providing you with information so you can decide if you want to bid. We also provide advice and feedback on how much to bid, and what we think of the car.

Auction pros and cons

Auctions provide typically the best prices and this is why we often recommend them, and they often also have the greatest variety of cars to choose from.

The downside is that you need to be signed up in advance to be able to bid, so it's best suited to people who know they are serious about having J-Spec find and import them a car.

Becoming a member

Due to the tight timing of auctions (including getting vehicles inspected in person by someone beforehand) you need to be signed up in advance or there may not be enough time to act.
