Dealt with Ben from JSpec looking to buy a family car Estima. As a woman it was a daunting project not having a clue what I was doing. But Ben went above and beyond. I'm sure I asked a heap of stupid questions and bugged him hourly with questions and adding on information I forgot in a heap of emails. He always got back to me same day if not within the same hour. Was so helpful and patient, he was amazing.
