Shipping related costs

The following shows the costs typically involved in shipping a vehicle, including customs and quarantine related matters. Customers receive only the ONE invoice with all of these costs included to make life easier, and all of these costs are included in any landed estimate which J-Spec gives.

While this is subject to change slightly depending on your state, exchange rates and other factors, this price should be reasonably accurate. A shipping price all inclusive (excluding inland transportation within Australia) is typically around $3100, which covers:

• Ocean freight, for vehicles below 20 cubic metres (ie anything that's not unusually large)
• Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF)
• Wharfage and quarantine decontamination
• Customs broker fees
• Quarantine fees
• Quarantine processing
• Wharf handling fees
• Use of J-Spec's multi use PCE aircon gas license
