4 cars incl. 2003 Nissan Cube

Having owned 21 different imports purchased locally through my teens and early twenties, I thought I'd try my luck at importing one directly from Japan. Although you have risk involved you'll often find cars in better condition at a lower price then you will locally.

Having imported a few cars now, I can thoroughly recommend these guys to take care of all your importation needs.

Pics and info for:

Nissan 180SX and Silvia (S13 series)

Available in 2 body shapes, the S13 Silvia (a 2 door coupe with trunk and projector headlights) was manufactured from 1988 to 1993, while the 180SX (a 2 door coupe with hatchback and popup headlights) was manufactured from 1989 to 1998. Although the body styles varied essentially the chassis, engine, suspension and mechanicals were the same. Importable models are the SR20DET 2,000cc turbo variant only from 1991 - 1997, available in auto or 5 speed manual.

The first car with Nissan's modern version of the SR20DET producing 151kW (201hp) and also one of the first to utilize Nissan's multi-link rear suspension, the S13 chassis base is so potent that today it is still one of the favourite starting points for top performance drift cars and street enthusiasts alike.

In late 1994 when the Silvia was replaced with the S14 body shape the 180SX continued production but inherited many of the S14's improvements, in particular the improved black top SR20DET engine. In 1996 the 180SX underwent a further facelift with different body kit, rounder style tail lights, rear wing, and interior trim.
